Plastic 3D Printing

Plastic 3D Printing – also known as Plastic Additive Manufacturing (AM) and Selective Laser Sintering – is the process by which parts are manufactured by a laser fusing together Nylon powder, layer by layer. Produced directly from 3D CAD data, the process is self-supporting so intricate structures and complex features can be incorporated, including channels, tunnels and voids. Produced in just a matter of days without the need for any tooling, this cost-effective process generates parts that were previously impossible to obtain economically using traditional methods.

Our Plastic Additive Manufacturing video will walk you through the process from beginning to end, explaining how the process works in more detail. However, should you wish to visit our premises to see the technology in action, or speak with one of our experts, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss your AM requirements in more detail.
