Rapid
Prototyping expertise expands to new premises |
New, purpose-built facility . . .
As a result of five
years unparalleled growth in the UK Rapid Prototyping industry,
we have moved into new purpose-built premises,
giving us an impressive 13,000 sq. ft. (1,200m²) of
manufacturing, workshop, office and conference facilities. Having outgrown our
previous unit, we are still located on New Greenham Park in Newbury, as our new
building is just 100 metres away! |

| A
third EOS P700...
Our growth has
been further compounded by the recent installation of a third
EOS P700 Laser Sintering machine. With our suite comprising a
further two EOS P360's and a DTM Hi-Q 2500 Plus, we remain unchallenged
as the UK's largest SLS provider. |
| |
| Fully
finished models...
The
new premises provide a substantial increase in machine and workshop space, enabling
us to build upon our already extensive bespoke
finishing services. With additional post-processing
workshops and paint facilities,
our skilled modelmakers ensure
every last detail is taken care of, generating models that are comparable
to the final manufactured item. |
| |
| Seminars
to be re-launched...
Our
additional office, meeting and conference facilities will enable us to re-launch
our successful series of Rapid Product Development
Seminars early in the New Year. Having proved extremely popular
in the past, these events will continue to provide an informative, unbiased overview
on how to achieve successful new product development through Rapid Prototyping. |
| |
| Large
parts, short lead-times...
Our
suite of six SLS machines, together
with our comprehensive range of SLS materials,
means we are uniquely able to apply the optimal machine and material to meet
our customers' Rapid Prototyping needs. Building large,
single piece parts on our EOS P700's up to 700x380x580mm gives
optimum material properties when the component is to undergo aggressive functional
testing. With highly trained engineers who
are experts in their field, we consistently produce accurate,
functional parts with the best
surface finish and mechanical properties that
SLS technology can provide, in the shortest lead-times
possible. |
