| 2nd EOS P700 installed at SLS facility
April 2003 saw the acquisition of our first EOS P700, the world's largest laser sintering machine,
giving us the largest SLS capability in the UK. Just 6 months later our second P700 was installed,
placing us in the top 3 worldwide!
The P700 gives a build volume of 700 x 380 x 580mm, with increased build speed using twin laser
technology, enabling most parts to be built in a single piece with minimal jointing on large components.

We have purchased a SMART car for an innovative project to demonstrate the capability of our SLS
components in true working environments. Final Year Students in the South East region will
replicate or re-design, develop, prototype and test a range of components on the car, which will then
be driven in normal everyday conditions to actively demonstrate the functionality of the parts.
