3T's Rapid Development

At inception 18 months ago, 3T RPD Ltd occupied just 4 units at its New Greenham Park facility. Since then a further 9 units have been acquired, and the latest addition of another 3 units takes the total facility to 4,225 sq. ft.

Furthermore, plans are underway to move to a single 9,000 sq. ft. facility within the next 12 months. With a significant paint facility now installed, this will considerably upgrade the existing capability and move prototype painting into batch production.

3T has evolved rapidly to become a market leader in Rapid Product Development. Already running the largest sintering capability in the UK, they are extending this into development tooling and the full RPD spectrum, and can support your programme from concept to production.

A recent recruitment drive has resulted in two new Project Managers joining the 3T team. Tony Cox has been involved in the Rapid Prototyping and Tooling industry for the last 18 years, and Tim Burgess has a wealth of experience in Injection Mould Tool manufacture, both prototype and production.

Further recruitment is planned in the near future for the CNC, Finishing and CAD capabilities, as well as additional business support staff.

These expansion plans are seen as crucial to a company whose prime objective is to pursue higher levels of functionality in its prototyping, whilst squeezing vital days out of product development schedules.
