Our state-of-the-art Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) machines offer high performance and reliability. They rapidly translate 3D CAD data into metal components with excellent detail resolution and part quality. An exciting feature of this technology is that it allows manufacture of components that were previously difficult or impossible to make due to their geometry.
We offer a wide variety of materials, carefully selected for the industry sectors we support and actively seek to implement new materials that our customers require.
To complement our DMLS machines we have an excellent in-house workshop. Here, our skilled engineers post-process the components, providing the surface finish and additional features each component requires. Through our select supplier network we maintain access to any additional work our customers need, such as materials treatments, coatings and independent measurement verification.

Vertical Machining Centre
The DMC 835V Vertical Machining Centre provides us with the in-house ability to remove the supports from the DMLS components once they have been built, using accurate CNC machining methods.
Used in conjunction with a CAM package, it will also be used to machine 3D geometries onto the metal parts where the tolerances produced straight from the machine are not accurate enough or high quality surface finishes are required.
This equipment also gives us the option to modify components once they have been produced, with the addition of features such as holes or slots, that otherwise cannot easily be built on the M270 due to the support structures that have to be used.
