3T RPD Ltd was established in 1999 in Newbury, Berkshire, and has become a leading provider of Rapid Prototyping (RP) and Rapid Manufacturing (RM) laser sintering services throughout the UK and Europe. We remain unchallenged as the UK's largest Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) provider and, having moved to new purpose-built premises in September 2006, we subsequently increased our manufacturing facility in May 2007 to launch our Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) capability. We have invested heavily in the technology that puts us at the forefront of our industry, and have one of the largest UK DMLS facilities.

We specialise in the cost-effective, fast and extremely accurate production of complex and functional prototypes, aesthetic models and low volume production components to world-famous clients in many demanding industries, including Aerospace, Architecture, Automotive, Dental, Medical, FMCG, Marine, Defence and Pharmaceutical. With innovation and research at the forefront of our business, we have the right skills in place through our team of highly trained engineers and finishers to ensure that we consistently gain the best from these technologies.
